All of our yurt insulation kits (mentioned below) utilize a unique insulation known as Astro-Foil™, which is paired with a flame resistant, washable poly lining. Designed by NASA, Astro-Foil™ consists of two layers of bubble insulation sandwiched between two layers of aluminum sheathing. Its unique construction, and two-way reflective properties work as both a vapor barrier and climate control mechanism to keep you warm in winter, yet cool in the summer.
Our tinted dome reduces heat gain, keeping your yurt up to eight degrees cooler than a clear dome.

Ring Brackets - These heavy-duty brackets work to reduce rafter-twist by strengthening your yurt's rafter/ring connection.
Perimeter Supports - Secured beneath the end of each rafter – these 2"x4" perimeter supports provide increased snow and wind loading. Anchor brackets and hurricane plates included.
2x6 Rafters - As a standard feature, our 24' and 30' yurts include 2x6 rafters which provide increased snow load capability.
This new optional addition to our yurt features is a
great way to collect rainwater for any use you can
think of. The water is collected in this sturdy system
and drains into a container of your choice.
Now available after many requests, our window
awnings are made of the same durable fabric our
yurt walls are made of. It's a great way to keep
rain out while your windows are open, and also
a good way to keep unwanted sunlight out for
whatever the reason.
This insulation fits between the roof of your yurt
and the interior. It includes a separate inner liner
for aesthetic purposes, which conceals the
insulation from view.

WALL INSULATION KIT
Our fabric-lined wall insulation panels are designed
to fit between your yurts exterior and the inner
lattice walls. The lining, which is sewn directly to
the panels, provides an attractive appearance to
the interior of your yurt.
WINDOW INSULATION PANELS
Engineered to slide over your window openings,
these Velcro™ attached panels provide a protective
thermal layer even in the coldest weather.

8' ROLL UP WALL
These floor to ceiling sections of screening provide
ventilation in warmer weather and a spectacular view
of your surroundings. For insulated yurts, we provide
removable insulation panels for each roll up wall.
Simply remove these panels in warmer weather and
reinstall them when cold weather approaches.
8' Roll Up "Glass" window covers are also available
on special order. This can be left on year round for
extra light and viewing pleasure.

STOVE PIPE OUTLET
A stovepipe outlet allows for the installation of a
stovepipe or vent through the yurt wall for a wood
stove, gas stove, composting toilet, or dryer.
